1. Orifice Modification & Coronal Flaring
Goal:
Remove coronal overhangs and create straight-line access to lessen file stress downstream.
File:
Dedicated Orifice Opener (e.g., SX file or short heat-treated opener).
Settings:
~300 RPM | 2.0–2.5 N·cm torque.
Technique:
Brush away from the furcation (outer wall) before penetrating deeper into the canal.
