if a patient presents with sharp pain during a cold test but the pain completely subsides within 2 to 3 seconds after removing the stimulus can we manage this conservatively with Indirect Pulp Capping IPC Or should we proceed directly to a full pulpectomy

Yes, you should manage this case conservatively with an Indirect Pulp Capping (IPC) or a direct restorative procedure. You should not proceed to a full pulpectomy at this stage.
